Students will be taught traditional HTML and CSS to create web pages and later JavaScript and jQuery to create interactions with those pages. At the end of this course, students will be able to create their own web pages that push the limits of their newly acquired skills. About the Instructor:
Donnie D’Amato has been creating websites since 1997; nearing 20 years of experience with content creation and interactivity on the web. Co-organizer of the NYC Codepen Meetups and IxDA New York Chapter Member; his work has been featured on the front page of Awwwards, Webdesigntuts and Codepen. He currently works for a financial tech company in Chelsea designing and developing consumer-facing and internal web applications. He’s also had prior experience as an adjunct professor at the New York Institute of Technology.
