Web Development Bootcamp

The i2 Labs Academy Web Development Bootcamp is a 12-week course that will prepare students with the necessary skills to confidently apply for jobs as entry-level junior web developers or create their own startup organization. Through a combination of lectures, labs, practical application, and experiential learning, students will be fully immersed in an accelerated program utilizing project-based activities resulting in the creation of a portfolio of artifacts demonstrating their skills attainment. Students will obtain the necessary skills to create their own web application, or “web app”, a browser-based software application. Emphasis is placed on thinking like a programmer to solve business problems using LEAN Startup and Agile software development methodologies to include paired programming, Test Driven Development, continuous delivery/deployment, and SCRUM.
