UCLA Extension Boot Camps

UCLA Extension Boot Camps offer 12-week, full-time and 24-week, part-time web development courses, as well as a 24-week, part-time course in cybersecurity in Los Angeles and online. The full stack curriculum includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js, MongoDB, MySQL, Java, and more. The cybersecurity curriculum includes networking essentials, systems, ethical hacking and penetration, programming and scripting, cyber career immersion, and more.

Applicants do not need prior experience to enroll, but once admitted, all students will complete a pre-course tutorial. The program is designed for working professionals or students who are actively pursuing a career change or advancement or are looking to learn a new skill.

Students will benefit from a wide range of career services to be positioned for success through graduation and beyond. Services include portfolio reviews, resume and social media profile support, high-impact career events, workshops, mock interviews, and one-on-one career coaching. Those who complete the program will receive an Award of Completion from UCLA Extension and have a portfolio of projects or certification training demonstrating a working knowledge of web development or cybersecurity.
